You covered all the bases and did an extremely thorough job. I really appreciated how you took the time to go through the report with me and explain everything in terms I understood. Wow, I can’t believe the long list of repair items you found during the inspection of our new home. Now I understand why the builder wasn’t real happy when we told him we wanted our own inspector. It turns out he has a lot of extra work to do before we go to our closing.
